Abstract in English

The purpose of this article is to present problems connected with the introduction of the European Enforcement Order to The European Union Member States. The article presents the changes, which are necessary to adjust the Polish law to the requirements of the EEO. This exhaustive study presents problems of the regulation of the procedure for the issue of the EEO - certificate in Poland. In addition it will be discussed the ordinary and extraordinary appeals and the problem of overruling of an EEO - certificate.
