The tasks and powers of the municipal authorities pursuant to the amendment of certain acts in connection with the strengthening of tools to protect the landscape of the 24 April 2015

Artykuł przedstawia aktualną potrzebę ochrony krajobrazu w Polsce oraz wskazuje zadania i kompetencje przyznane organom gminy przez ustawę o zmianie niektórych ustaw w związku ze wzmocnieniem narzędzi ochrony krajobrazu oraz ocenia te instytucje. Zadania i kompetencje, zarówno organów władzy wykonawczej jak i uchwałodawczej, poddane zostały analizie, która pozwala sprawdzić jakie kroki mogą zostać podjęte, przez te podmioty, w celu zabezpieczenia krajobrazu. Celem dokonywanych w niniejszej pracy rozważań jest również zbadanie jakości wprowadzanych omawianą ustawą instytucji prawnych.

The article presents the current need to protect the landscape in Poland and identifies the tasks and powers conferred on authorities by the law, in connection with the Act of strengthening the tools of protection the landscape and evaluates these institutions. The tasks and powers of, both the executive branch and the legislative, as were subjected to a thorough analysis, which allows to see what steps can be taken by these entities, in order to protect the landscape. The aim of the work carried out in this article is also to examine the quality of discussed legal institutions.
