The form of contract for the release of debt

The form of agreement for the release of debt is consistently recognized in the literature. In particular, the postulated freedom to make of that form of legal action almost collided with two very important concerns. In addition, often the relationship of debt relief for donations is the source of problems in the legal status of that contract. Positions, while trying to resist the mainstream, are poorly outlined, often without serious argumentative basis. This study explains the relationship of debt relief for donations and raised the very principle of the freedom to carry out legal forms. The result is clear conclusions strongly in favor of an almost unfettered freedom to form debt relief.
