Social dialogue in Poland attracts the interest of social scientists, in particular, labour law specialists, as a category of legal language and, above all else, because it results in collective labour agreements and other arrangements. Given their normative nature, these legal acts are treated as specific sources of labour law, which obviously contributes to a scientific discussion of social dialogue. This paper addresses social dialogue in uniformed services to establish if and at what level social dialogue can be conducted in uniformed services and what its possible subject matter may be. These investigations suggest the conclusion that administrative employment law considerably modifies the model of social dialogue envisaged by labour laws.
