Abstract in English
The study considers the issue of the possibility of access of a trade union organization, as part of the implementation of its control functions regarding the proper functioning of the Company Social Benefits Fund, to the personal data of persons entitled to benefits from this fund. In the above context, the issue of access to personal data by a trade union organization is analyzed, among others, in cases where a trade union member is a member of the company's social committee, as well as in the case of other individual forms of agreement on the granting of benefits by a company trade union organization.
