Entrepreneurship is a major source of employment, economic growth and innovation. This article aims to illuminate research opportunities for psychology to developing theory and undertaken empirical research focusing on key topic areas, the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial cognition, and possibility prediction of the success to entrepreneurship by developing psychometrics measures where an example is Entrepreneurial Behaviours Questionnaire (EBQ). Psychometric indicators of the EBQ are satisfactory. Nevertheless, this instrument requires further psychometric refinement in order to formulate more certain predictions of the career success.
