Opracowanie przedstawia autorską typologię prorozwojowej interwencji publicznej, uwzględniającą wykorzystanie pełnej gamy narzędzi pobudzania rozwoju. Autor porządkuje rodzaje instrumentów rozwoju i typy interwencji, demonstrując ich zastosowanie na przykładzie rozwoju terenów wiejskich.
Abstract in English
The paper presents the author’s concept of a typology of public intervention oriented towards territorial development. The typology takes into consideration the development tools used by local governments. The concept defi nes following types of a public intervention: the steering and the borderline delimitation, as examples of the regulatory intervention, as well as one’s own activity and the stimulation of an inter-sector cooperation as examples of the activation. That typology is juxtaposed to four groups of development instruments related to planning, organizing, current management and control. The concept is demonstrated on the example of the tools which can be used in the stimulation of rural areas development.
