Abstract in English

This essay analyzes the poetry of Janusz Szuber in the context of the status of space, its typology and the ways of evoking space in texts. Attention is drawn to the spatial character of memory in this poetry and its fundamental role in the creation of the world-feeling that applies to the whole of this work. These reflections are supplemented with a text exemplification, through which particular types of spaces created by Szuber are shown. A vital place in this typology is taken by the space of text, on the level of which all the other types of space appearing in these poems have their foundation. Attention is also paid to the close relationship between time and space categories in the analyzed poems
