Możliwość generowania treści oraz uczestniczenie w interakcjach z ulubioną drużyną jest istotnym elementem w procesie kształtowania pozytywnego wizerunku oraz podniesienia prestiżu drużyny, jak również jej promowania w środowisku wirtualnym. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja najczęściej publikowanych kategorii treści przez drużynę Formuły 1 Scuderia Ferrari na instagramowym profilu w 2017 roku oraz ustalenie, które z nich generują najwięk
sze zaangażowanie wśród użytkowników. Do analizy treści wpisów zaadaptowano dedykowa
ny sportom drużynowym „Team Association Model”. Wyniki badań wskazują, że najczęściej publikowane są wpisy dotyczące kierowców i sponsorów drużyny i to kierowcy generują naj
większe zaangażowanie. Generalizując, więcej wpisów publikowanych jest podczas sezonu niż poza nim, a zaangażowanie odbiorców największe jest w kwietniu, lipcu i październiku – klu
czowych miesiącach kalendarza rozgrywek F1.
The ability of the content creation and participation in interactions with favourite team is an important element of the positive image formation process and the prestige rising of the team, as well as its promotion in a virtual environment. The aim of this work is to identify the most-published categories of content by the Formula 1 team of Scuderia Ferrari on the Instagram profile in 2017 and the determination of the biggest engagement creation among users. Team Association Model dedicated to team sports was adapted to analyze the content of the entries. The results of the work show that the most frequent entries concern drivers and sponsors of the team and drivers generate the biggest engagement. Generally, more entries are published in the season than after it, when the audience’s engagement is greatest in April, July and October which are the key months of the F1 calendar.
