Pillars of creating sustainable personnel in an organization

dc.abstract.enSustainable personnel, and that means the one that knows, understands and, above all, applies the principles of sustainable development in their work, is to be sensitive to economic, ecological and social problems appearing in the global economy. In order to meet these needs, it seems to be indispensable to search for the ways to provide organizations with human resources (employees) that meet the sustainability criteria. The objective of this article is to present the development of the sustainability concept and to indicate a role of the sustainable human resources management in creating sustainable enterprises. The study has explained the essence of the sustainable human resources management, which shapes the area of the knowledge. This area could significantly accelerate the transformation of the consumer societies (employees) into the socially (employees) sustainable. In this context, the important element has become the search for an answer to the question on how to create personnel in the organization, corresponding to the requirements by sustainable development. The article has based on the systematic text review method of text sources and their synthesis [Czakon 2013]. This allowed to indicate the relevance of the topic and the need to take it.pl
