Abstract in English

The article aims to outline the understanding of national identity from the perspective of the German Identitarian Movement. It presents shortly the origins of this movement, then its political and ideological program and also various examples of political activity. The author claims that the ideas of a nation and national identity but also patriotism in its normative sense varies from those the identitarians are popularizing. Their point of view is coined by ethnic and culture.
