Organisational learning - between theory and practice : the state and perspectives of the discourse on the organisational learning status in Germany

Autorka prezentuje istotę i założenia organizacyjnego uczenia się w niemieckiej debacie naukowej. Geneza i rozwój dyskursu sięgają lat 60/70. i kręgu anglosaskiego. Faza ekspansji na tereny Europy rozpoczęła się jednak dopiero w latach 80. W artykule znaleźć można odwołanie do dorobku naukowców, których nazwiska pojawiają się w rozważaniach w kontekście uczenia i organizacji. Uwidacznia się w nim także wieloaspektowość prowadzonego dyskursu, co związane jest z zogniskowaniem wokół problematyki organizacyjnego uczenia się przedstawicieli wielu dyscyplin naukowych. Przeprowadzona analiza nie prezentuje jednorodnego zjawiska, wskazuje jednak na kierunek ewolucji tej koncepcji, w okresie od jej powstania do czasu obecnego, jak również pozwala na czerpanie impulsów do własnych przemyśleń w tym zakresie.

The author presents the essence and assumptions of organisational learning in the German academic debate. The origins and development of the discourse date back to the 1960s and 1970s and the Anglo-Saxon circles. However, the stage of expansion into Europe started only in 1980s. This article refers to the achievements of the scholars whose names appear in the context of learning and organisation. It also shows many aspects of the discourse, which results from focusing on the issues of organisational learning by representatives of many fields of study. The analysis does not present the uniform phenomenon, however, it indicates the direction of evolution of this concept in the period from its inception until now, as well as encourages own reflection in this regard.
