Celem tego opracowania jest analiza sytuacji zawodowej kobiet w Polsce w latach 2005-2021. Praca obejmuje zagadnienia związane z pracą oraz rynkiem pracy. Porównano sytuację kobiet i mężczyzn. Wzięto pod uwagę wpływ miejsca zamieszkania oraz poziom wykształcenia. Opisano również wyzwania i problemy kobiet, takie jak luka płacowa, szklany sufit oraz uwarunkowania kobiet do opieki nad dziećmi. Wykorzystano monografie poświęcone rynkowi pracy kobiet, kodeks pracy, dane GUS oraz inne źródła internetowe i artykuły naukowe.
The aim of this study is to analyze the professional situation of women in Poland in 2005-2021. The work covers issues related to work and the labor market. The situation of women and men was compared. The influence of place of residence and level of education was taken into account. Women's challenges and problems are also described, such as the pay gap, the glass ceiling and women's conditions for caring for children. Monographs devoted to the women's labor market, the Labor Code, Central Statistical Office data and other Internet sources and scientific articles were used.
