Organizational structures of local government by the example of the Dobczyce Commune

Umiejętne zarządzanie w obrębie samorządu terytorialnego jest coraz bardziej kluczowe. Zapewnia obywatelom usługi i różnego rodzaju dobra, regulując wiele obszarów życia, które dawniej były pod kontrolą władzy centralnej, lub pozostawione mechanizmom rynkowym. Celem niniejszej pracy jest omówienie zarządzania i struktur organizacyjnych, działających w obrębie administracji rządowej. W pracy zostały omówione struktury samorządu terytorialnego, wraz z podziałem zadań. Ponadto opisano pojęcie organizacji i formalizacji, a także typy struktur organizacyjnych i podstawowe funkcje zarządzania, z osobą menedżera. W dalszej części zostało opisane studium przypadku zarządzania, na przykładzie Gminy Dobczyce.

Skillful management within local government is becoming more and more crucial. It provides citizens with services and goods of all kinds, regulating many areas of life that were formerly under the control of a central government or left to market mechanisms. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the management and organizational structures operating within the territorial self-government. The work discusses the structures of local government, along with the division of tasks. In addition, the concept of organization and formalization, as well as types of organizational structures and basic management functions, are described, with the person of the manager. A management case study, based on the example of Dobczyce Commune, is described in the following section.
