Course and effects of consolidation process on the example of capital group CCC

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przeprowadzenie analizy przebiegu oraz efektów procesów konsolidacyjnych na przykładzie grupy kapitałowej CCC. Całość pracy składa się z trzech części. Rozdział pierwszy przedstawia proces konsolidacyjny przedsiębiorstw jako złożoną decyzję inwestycyjną. Rozdział drugi dotyczy obszarów integracji oraz efektów procesu konsolidacyjnego. Rozdział trzeci prezentuje wyniki badań empirycznych będących analizą efektów i wpływu procesu konsolidacyjnego na działalność grupy kapitałowej CCC. Praca powstała w oparciu o badania literaturowe, źródła internetowe w tym stronę internetową badanej struktury. W pracy wykorzystano także sprawozdania finansowe oraz sprawozdania z działalności opisanej grupy kapitałowej.

The aim of this work is to analyze the course and effects of consolidation process on the example of capital group CCC. The entire paper consists of three parts. The first chapter presents the consolidation process of enterprises as a complex investment decision. The second chapter concerns the areas of integration and the effects of the consolidation process. The third chapter presents the results of empirical studies that are an analysis of the effects and impact of the consolidation process on the activities of the CCC capital group. This work is based on literature research, Internet sources and information which are available on CCC capital group website. The paper is also based on financial and non-financial reports of described structure.
