Outsourcing on the example of a small company

Tematem pracy jest outsourcing na przykładzie małej firmy. Celem pracy z kolei jest ocena jego znaczenia w obszarze działalności małych przedsiębiorstw. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiona została metoda outsourcingu w ujęciu teoretycznym. Przedstawiono genezę metody oraz uwarunkowania współczesnego jej wykorzystania. Omówione zostały również występujące rodzaje outsourcingu. W następnej części skoncentrowano się na zarządzaniu procesami w sektorze małych przedsiębiorstw. Omówione zostało ujęcie teoretyczne zagadnienia, a także wydzielenie procesów na zewnątrz małej firmy. Ujęto w tej części również korzyści, wady oraz czynniki sukcesu wdrożenia outsourcingu w małej firmie. Trzecią część pracy rozpoczyna metodologia badań. Ponadto zawarte w tej części pracy są również badania własne autora oraz wnioski z badań.

The topic of the work is outsourcing on the example of a small company. The aim of the paper, in turn, is to assess its importance in the area of small business activity. The first chapter presents the method of outsourcing from a theoretical point of view. The genesis of the method and the conditions of its modern use are presented. The existing types of outsourcing were also discussed. The next section focuses on process management in the small business sector. Theoretical approach of the issue was discussed, as well as the separation of processes outside a small company. The benefits, disadvantages and success factors of implementing outsourcing in a small company are also included in this section. The third part of the work begins with the research methodology. In addition, this part of the work also includes the author’s own studies and conclusions from the studies.
