Jan Stachniuk represented a completely exceptional trend on the Polish ideological and political stage. Although he did not greatly influenced the Polish political, social and economic thought, his activity is worthy of note. Monographs concerning his person and a group called Zadruga founded by him constitute the evidence of his importance - and the term "Zadruga" meant an Old Slavonic, Old Polish ancestral and economic community: Zadruga eine volkische Bewegung in Polen [Zadruga - the Folk Movement in Poland] (Bonn 1982) and Słowiański ruch Zadruga [Slavonic Movement Zadruga] (Warszawa 2015), by Stanisław Potrzebowski, Religia, cywilizacja, rozwój wokół idei Jana Stachniuka [Religion, Civilisation and Development Around the Idea of Jan Stachniuk] (Kraków 2002) by Bogumił Grott, Neognoza polska [Polish Neo-Gnosis] (Kraków 2004) by Jan Skoczyński, and Człowiek - mit - kultura.
