Outsourcing of financial and accounting services in enterprises

Praca magisterska koncentruje się na koncepcji outsourcingu usług finansowo - księgowych w przedsiębiorstwach. Celem głównym jest zbadanie czy outsourcing usług finansowo – księgowych sprzyja rozwojowi kluczowych kompetencji przedsiębiorstwa. Niniejsza praca składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej i badawczej. Część teoretyczna zawiera omówienie zagadnienia outsourcingu oraz koncepcji kluczowych kompetencji (rozdział I), a także omówienie specyfiki, korzyści i wad outsourcingu usług finansowo - księgowych (rozdział II). Jako hipotezę badawczą przyjęto następujące twierdzenie: zlecanie wykonywania usług finansowo - księgowych w ramach outsourcingu sprzyja rozwojowi kluczowych kompetencji przedsiębiorstwa. W części empirycznej (rozdziały III i IV) znajduje się szczegółowa analiza i omówienie przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych, które pozytywnie weryfikują przyjętą hipotezę. Badanie ankietowe zostało przeprowadzone online, a udział w nim wzięło 55 respondentów, pracowników różnych przedsiębiorstw w Polsce.

The master’s thesis focuses on the concept of outsourcing of financial and accounting services in enterprises. The main aim of the study is to investigate whether outsourcing of financial and accounting services encourages the development of core competencies in the enterprises. This work consist of two parts: theoretical and research one. Theoretical part elaborates on the specificity of outsourcing and the general concept of core competencies (Chapter I). Chapter II focuses on the outsourcing of financial and accounting services, its advantages and weaknesses. Author formed the following hypothesis: outsourcing of financial and accounting services encourages the development of core competencies in the enterprises. The research part (Chapter III and IV) presents the results and further analysis of the conducted studies, which positively verified aforementioned hypothesis. The research survey was conducted online with participation of 55 responders, who were employees of various enterprises in Poland.
