Praca jest poświęcona problematyce stosowania kolizyjnego przez sądy. Jej głównym celem jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak powinien zachować się sąd w razie identyfikacji problemu hierarchicznej niezgodności norm.
The thesis is dedicated to the issue of confrontational application by Polish courts. Its main objective is to answer the question of how the court should behave, when the problem of hierarchical inconsistency of norms is identified.
