Contemporary migrations. An attempt to analyze the phenomenon on the example of Europe and Poland

Celem pracy jest wskazanie, iż migracje wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne w Europie, w tym w Polsce, są bardzo złożonym procesem. Praca stara się scharakteryzować najważniejsze regulacje prawne w wybranych państwach europejskich oraz wykazać działania na rzecz regulacji migracji wybranych państw i Unii Europejskiej. Dodatkowo, celem pracy jest próba zrozumienia podłoża historycznego, geograficznego, społecznego oraz politycznego, a także skali opisywanego zjawiska.

The purpose of the study is to show that both internal and external migrations in Europe, including Poland, are a very complex process. The study attempts to characterize the most important legal regulations in selected European countries and tries to show the actions for migraton regulations of the selected countries and the European Union. Additionally, the purpose of the study is to try to understand the historical, geographical, social and political background, as well as the scale of the described phenomenon.
