Celem pracy licencjackiej jest zbadanie zależności pomiędzy poziomem kultury informacyjnej a efektywnością procesów zarządzania informacją na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa sektora MŚP. W pracy scharakteryzowano obieg informacji w wybranej instytucji. Zastosowano jakościową metodę badawczą, studium przypadku. Ocenie poddano sprawność przepływu informacji. Przedstawiono również zidentyfikowane niesprawności w procesie przetwarzania informacji w badanym przedsiębiorstwie. Za pomocą narzędzia jakim jest ankieta zgromadzono wyniki wskazujące na utrudnienia charakterystyczne dla przedsiębiorstw oraz zachodzących w nich procesach zarządzania zasobami informacji.
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to investigate the relationship between the level of information culture and the efficiency of information management processes using the example of an SME company. In the work, the flow of information in the chosen institution was characterized. The efficiency of the information flow was assessed using a qualitative testing method, a case study. The deficiencies found in the information processing of the company under investigation were identified. A survey instrument has been used to collect results indicating the difficulties which are characteristic of enterprises and their information management.
