Praca podejmuje tematykę pornografii - jej rozwój i regulacje, najpierw historycznoprawne na terenach polskich w XIX i XX w. oraz w prawie kanonicznym, a następnie obowiązujące w prawie polskim i kanonicznym, a także doktrynę Kościoła katolickiego jej dotyczącą. Celem pracy jest porównanie obu porządków prawnych i nauczania Kościoła katolickiego w zakresie stosunku ustawodawców do pornografii, ich reakcji na to zjawisko oraz sformułowanie na tej podstawie wniosków co do możliwych działań i kierunków legislacji.
This dissertation takes up the topic of pornography - its development, historical legislation on Polish territories in the 19th and 20th century and in Canon law but also doctrine of the Catholic Church. The objective of this analysis is to compare both legal systems and doctrine in order to understand what attitude these lawmakers present towards pornography, how they react to it and what changes of law are posiible on this matter.
