Human resource management 4.0

Industry 4.0 is a concept which changes the human resource management process as it transitions to the new era. It should be thinking about HRM and the trends associated with the people diversifying - the ways of adjusting recruitment, training, evaluation of the results and remuneration for employees in light of the external trends, such as technological changes and competitive strength. The aim of the chapter is to present the development of the personal function. The authors pay special attention to modern solutions appearing in organisations regarding employee work management. Concepts such as talent management, HR Business Partners, e-HRM and HRM 4.0 are discussed.
