Tom XIV "Systemu prawa pracy" zawiera kompleksową prezentację rozwoju i historii fundamentalnych instytucji indywidualnego i zbiorowego prawa pracy. Umożliwia poznanie aksjologii, która legła u podstaw ich konstrukcji. Dotychczas na polskim rynku wydawniczym nie było pozycji, która tak szeroko i systemowo traktowała o tych zagadnieniach.

Volume XIV of "Labour Law System" contains a comprehensive presentation of development and history of fundamental institutions of individual and collective labour law. It enables the reader to learn about the axiology underlying their construction. So far there has been no publication on the Polish market that would treat these issues in such a broad and systematic way.
