Niniejsza praca skupia się na problematyce aborcji w Stanach Zjednoczonych Ameryki. W celu zrozumienia tego zagadnienia zostają omówione takie pojęcia jak: prawa reprodukcyjne i seksualne w kontekście praw kobiet oraz w ramach praw człowieka. Dodatkowo biorąc pod uwagę moralne implikacje, z którymi aborcja jest zwykle powiązana zostają zdefiniowane konstrukcje tych poglądów w kontekście Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki oraz jak ten dylemat moralny przenika do polityki kraju. Jednocześnie zostają omówione konsekwencje wynikające z tego moralnego i politycznego podziału oraz ich wpływ na kobiety zarówno w Stanach Zjednoczonych, jak i na całym świecie.

The present work focuses on the issue of abortion in the United States of America, to understand the issue, the first chapter focuses on definitions such as reproductive and sexual rights within the scope of the rights of women in the framework of human rights, it also defines abortion as a practice. Given the moral implications the procedure is usually tied to, we seek to define the construction of those views within the context of the United States of America and how this moral dilemma bleeds into the politics of the country. The last chapter deals with the consequences generated by this moral and political divide and seeks to understand how they affect women both in the United States and also around the world.
