Constitutional position of the President of the Republic of Poland and of the President of Mexico

Przedmiotem pracy jest pozycja ustrojowa głowy państwa w Polsce oraz Meksyku.Podjęłam się przedstawionego tematu pracy dostrzegając interesujące cechy charakterystyczne w wymienionych systemach i postanowiłam w sposób systematyczny dokonać porównania dla Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej oraz Republiki Meksyku.Oprócz tego motywacją do zajęcia się problematyką pozycji ustrojowej prezydenta była chęć szerszego zapoznania się z tematem. Warto również dodać, iż nie ma wiele publikacji dotyczących krajów Ameryki Środkowej, zwłaszcza w kontekście porównawczym.

The subject of this work is the constitutional position of the head of state in Poland and Mexico. I undertook the work because I noticed interesting features in the above-mentioned systems and decided to compare them in a systematic way for the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Mexico. It is also worth mentioning that there are not many publications concerning Central American countries, especially in a comparative context.
