Abstract in English

The combination of management theory and the philosophy of morality allows for an in-depth analysis of the ethical dimensions of activities undertaken in the organization. The analysis of individual processes will allow to define and define the syntactic factors of the individual elements of the organization. Understanding the complexity of the discussed problems, define the interdependencies between: the culture of the environment, the identity of the organization and employees. The article is an attempt to show the importance of morality in management and to determine its impact on the functioning of human capital and organization in a constantly changing reality.
