Od 2019 r. organy jednostek samorządu terytorialnego podejmują uchwały powstrzymujące „ideologię LGBT”. Jest to nowe zjawisko, w którym lokalne władze zajmują stanowisko dyskryminujące mniejszości seksualne. Strefy wolne od „ideologii LGBT” to nie tylko problem socjologiczny i polityczny, ale także problem prawny. W systemie prawa administracyjnego jak do tej pory nie zdarzyły się podobne uchwały. Praca traktuje na temat, jak prawo administracyjne materialne oraz procesowe radzi sobie z nowym zjawiskiem w postaci uchwał „anty-LGBT” próbując jednocześnie nakreślić nowe rozwiązania. Poruszone zostały problemy zakrawające o socjologie prawa, prawo konstytucyjne oraz administracyjne. Magisterium obejmuje również propozycje nowych rozwiązań prawnych.
Since 2019 local government units have passed resolutions to suppress "LGBT ideology". This is a new phenomenon when local authorities adopt a position that discriminates sexual minorities. "LGBT free zones" are not only a sociological and political problem, but also a legal problem. In the system of administrative law resolutions like those never have happened. This master's describes how substantive and procedural administrative law deal with the new phenomenon of "anti-LGBT" resolutions. The dissertation includes also elements of sociology of law and constitucional law. Master’s thesis proposes new legal solutions.
