Culture and history of Tuareg society on the example of the Kel Ahaggar tribes at the turn of the 19th and 20th century

Poniższa praca „Kultura i historia społeczeństwa Tuaregów na przykładzie plemion Kel Ahaggar na przełomie XIX I XX w.” napisana została w celu przybliżenia polskiemu czytelnikowi berberyjskich plemion Tuaregów zamieszkujących głównie tereny należące obecnie do Algierii, Mali i Nigru. Praca skupia się głównie na zagadnieniach związanych z geografią, gospodarką, strukturą polityczną oraz kulturą plemion należących do Kel Ahaggar.Do napisania pracy wykorzystano literaturę podróżniczą, artykuły naukowe oraz dzieła Ibrahima Al-Koniego.

The following thesis "Culture and history of Tuareg society on the example of the Kel Ahaggar tribes at the turn of the 19th and 20th century" was written in order to familiarize the Polish reader with the Berber tribes of Tuareg living mainly in the territories, nowadays belonging to Algeria, Mali and Niger.The work focuses mainly on issues related to the geography, economy, political structure and culture of the Kel Ahaggar tribes.Travel literature, scientific articles and works by Ibrahim Al-Koni were used, in order to write the thesis.
