abstract in English:	The article presents an analysis regarding which law is applicable to timeshare contracts containing a "foreign" element. The analysis is based on the Community regulations and domestic regulations of private international law. The article discusses the following issues: the regulation of the timeshare contract under the Polish law, the nature of timeshare legal relationships, the admissibility of the choice of law and the scope of application of the law applicable to the timeshare relationships; the law applicable to contract is discussed, as well as law applicable to persons and law applicable to the form of timeshare contract. Moreover, the article discusses the issue of the overriding mandatory rules that must be applied to the timeshare legal relationships.
