Income of local government units on the example of the self-government of the Małopolskie Voivodeship

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie specyfiki budżetu i dochodów budżetowych jednostek samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie województwa oraz podstawy prawnej jego funkcjonowania. Szczegółowo omówiono tematykę źródeł dochodu samorządu województwa, do których zalicza się m. in. dochody własne, subwencje ogólną, dotacje celowe z budżetu państwa. Praca ponadto zawiera analizę dochodów budżetu województwa małopolskiego w latach 2016-2018, gdzie przedstawiona została struktura dochodów ww. województwa, źródła dochodów oraz ich wielość.

The purpose of this paper is to present the specificity of the budget and budgetary income of local government units on the example of a voivodeship and the legal basis of its operation. The subject of the sources of income of the voivodeship self-government was discussed in detail, which include, among others, own revenues, general subsidies, targeted subsidies from the state budget. The work also contains an analysis of the budget revenues of the Małopolskie Voivodeship in 2016-2018, where the structure of revenues of the above-mentioned voivodships, sources of income and their multiplicity.
