Problem przestępczości wobec seniorów jest zjawiskiem coraz bardziej powszechnym. Niniejsza praca stanowi omówienie zarówno kwestii przemocy, jak i współczesnych metod stosowanych przez oszustów biorących na cel osoby starsze. Przedstawia analizę literatury oraz konkretnych kazusów. W opracowaniu zawarte jest również studium przypadku oraz badania własne, ilustrujące omawiany problem.
The problem of crime against the elderly is becoming more and more common. This thesis describes the issues of violence, as well as contemporary scamming methods applied by criminals who target old people. It also presents an analysis of literature and particular cases. The paper contains also a case study and the results of own research that illustrates the problem in question.
