Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę dotyczącą terroryzmu a za sztandarowy jego przykład przytacza zamach na World Trade Center. na początku pracy została wyjaśniona charakterystyka definicji terroryzmu oraz jego rodzaje, co umożliwi na dogłębniejsze zrozumienie ogółu pracy. w dalszej części pracy zostały przybliżone wydarzenia jakie miały miejsce 11 września 2001 roku. zostały opisane informacje dotyczące przebiegu zamachu wraz z genezą oraz skutki i ofiary ataków. W końcowej części uwagę skupiono na skutkach społecznych, ekonomicznych i gospodarczych a także na działaniach USA w kwestiach bezpieczeństwa oraz na odpowiedzi Europy na zamachy z 11 września 2001 roku.

This work deals with the issues of terrorism and cites the attack on the World Trade Center as its flagship example. At the beginning of the work, the characteristics of the definition of terrorism and its types were explained, which will enable a more in-depth understanding of the work in general. later in the work the events that took place on September 11, 2001 were presented. information on the course of the attack along with the genesis as well as the effects and victims of the attacks were described. Finally, attention is focused on the social, economic and economic consequences, as well as on US activities in security matters, and on Europe's response to the attacks of September 11, 2001.
