Indiana by George Sand : the constitution of the female subject

W mojej pracy licencjackiej skupiam się na analizie drogi jaką tytułowa bohaterka powieści „Indiana” George Sand przebywa, aby uzyskać swoją podmiotowość w relacjach z trzema mężczyznami, którzy wpływają na jej życie : mężem, kochankiem i kuzynem-towarzyszem lat dziecinnych. Analizuję te kwestie w kontekście realiów epoki, w jakiej umiejscowiona jest fabuła, poglądów samej autorki oraz jej stosunku do rodzącego się feminizmu.

In my work I focus on the analysis of the path which leads the main character of Indiana by George Sand to become a subject in relationships with three men, who mainly influence her life: her husband, her lover and her cousin. I describe it considering the reality of the era in which the novel is based, the author's opinions and her attitude to the very early feminism.

Dans mon mémoire de licence je me concentre sur l’analyse du chemin que l’héroïne principale du roman « Indiana » de George Sand parcourt pour devenir sujet dans les relations avec trois hommes qui influencent sa vie : son mari, son amant et son cousin-ami d’enfance. J’analyse ce problème dans le contexte de la réalité de l’époque dans laquelle l’histoire est située, des opinions de la romancière et de sa relation avec le féminisme naissant.
