On Anna Nakwaska’s novels

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy była analiza utworów powieściowych Anny Nakwaskiej. W związku z tym w kolejnych rozdziałach rozprawy omówione zostały następujące zagadnienia: specyfika powieści jako gatunku literackiego; literacki życiorys autorki; typy narracji w jej powieściach; świat przedstawiony i warstwa fabularna tych tekstów; występujące w nich sposoby kreowania postaci; oraz problematyka poruszana przez pisarkę w poszczególnych dziełach.

The subject of this thesis was the analysis of Anna Nakwaska’s novels. Therefore, the following problems have been discussed in the subsequent chapters of this work: the distinctiveness of a novel as a literary genre; the literary biography of Nakwaska; the types of narrative in her novels; the presented world and the plot construction in these works of fiction; the ways of creating the character; and the problems raised by the author in her particular works.
