Financing of commune investments, on the example of the Bystra-Sidzina Commune

Tematem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest finansowanie działalności inwestycyjnej w gminie, na przykładzie Gminy Bystra-Sidzina. W pierwszym rozdziale pracy zostały opisane zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne źródła finansowania inwestycji samorządowych, uwarunkowania doboru źródeł finansowania wspomnianych inwestycji oraz ich znaczenie. Rozdział drugi zawiera charakterystykę Gminy Bystra-Sidzina, a rozdział trzeci inwestycje jakie zostały w tej Gminie przeprowadzone w latach 2010-2020. Ostatnia część pracy to ocena zrealizowanych inwestycji na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań wśród mieszkańców gminy.

The subject of the Master's thesis is financing of investment activity in the commune, on the example of the Bystra-Sidzina Commune. The first chapter of the thesis describes external and internal sources of financing local government investments, conditions when choosing sources of financing investments mentioned above and their significance. The second chapter describes characteristics of the Bystra-Sidzina commune. The third chapter concerns the investments that were carried out by the commune between years 2010-2020. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to make an assessment of the investments - based on research conducted among inhabitants of the commune. "
