Project organization philosophy as a source of competitive advantage on the example of IT companies in the SME sector

Celem głównym pracy jest diagnoza dojrzałości projektowej w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach sektora IT i jej wpływ na przewagę konkurencyjną oraz analiza stosowanych przez nie rozwiązań projektowych. Rozdział pierwszy dotyczy procesów i czynników kształtowania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Rozdział drugi koncentruje się na ujęciu teoretycznym zagadnienia podejścia projektowego w organizacji. Rozdział trzeci koncentruje się na analizie i ocenie poziomu dojrzałości projektowej MSP sektora IT. Badania zostały oparte na informacjach pochodzących bezpośrednio od wytypowanych podmiotów, publikacjach w prasie branżowej i dostępnych raportach instytucji badawczych. W trakcie badania wykorzystano metody ankietowe oraz obserwacji uczestniczącej i analizy dokumentów.

The main objective of the work is to diagnose project maturity in small and medium-sized enterprises in the IT sector and its impact on competitive advantage as well as analyze their design solutions. Chapter One deals with processes and factors shaping the competitive advantage. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical approach to the issue of design approach in an organization. The third chapter focuses on the analysis and assessment of the level of project maturity of SMEs in the IT sector. The research was based on information directly from entities, publications in the trade press and available reports of research institutions. During the study, survey methods, participant observation and document analysis were used.
