Legal nature of the legalization fee in the Construction Law

Tematem mojej pracy jest Charakter prawny opłaty legalizacyjnej w Prawie budowlanym. Praca składa się z kilku części. Rozpoczynając od tematyki związanej z sankcjami administracyjnymi przeszłam do opisu procesu budowlanego oraz samowoli budowlanej wskazując przy tym na jej konsekwencje. Później, podjęłam temat legalizacyjni samowoli budowlanej, zwracając szczególną uwagę na charakter prawny opłaty legalizacyjnej. Poruszyłam takie zagadnienia jak sposób ustalania opłaty oraz terminy. Podkreśliłam wyjątkowość opłaty legalizacyjnej jako sankcji administracyjnej.

The subject of my Bachelor's thesis is The legal nature of the legalization fee in the Construction Law. The Bachelor's thesis consists of several parts. Starting from the subject related to administrative sanctions, I went to the description of the construction process and building arbitrariness, pointing to the consequences. Then, I took up the subject of legalizing construction law, paying particular attention to the legal nature of the legalization fee. I pointed the issues such as how to set the fee and deadlines. I emphasized the uniqueness of the legalization fee as an administrative sanction.
