Niniejsza praca dotyczy znaczenia metody streetwork w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą ulicy. Obecnie w obszarze zainteresowań pedagogów coraz więcej miejsca zajmuje zjawisko dzieci ulicy. Streetworking wydaje się być metodą przynoszącą wiele pozytywnych rezultatów, w szczególności w pracy z młodymi osobami. Polega on na docieraniu do środowiska lokalnego, a tym samym nawiązywaniu bezpośredniego kontaktu z przyszłymi podopiecznymi. Celem tej pracy jest poznanie roli metody streetwork w pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą w ramach różnych sfer codziennego funkcjonowania.
This essay concerns streetworking as an important method in working with children and youth staying on the streets. Currently, the phenomenon of street children occupies more and more space in the area of interests of pedagogues. Streetworking seems to be the method that brings many positive results, especially in working with young people. It involves reaching the local environment and thereby establishing direct contact with future charges. The purpose of this work is to learn the role of streerwork method in working with children and young people in various areas of their daily functioning.
