From the autonomous system to natiocratism. Polish school of social cybernetics

Praca dotyczy polskiej szkoły cybernetyki społecznej, jej powstania, rozwoju oraz głównych koncepcji. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiono znaczenia, jakie przyjmował wyraz "cybernetyka" od starożytności do połowy XX wieku oraz historię cybernetyki jako nauki od jej powstania w 1948 roku. W drugim rozdziale przedstawiono życiorysy: Mariana Mazura — twórcy polskiej szkoły cybernetyki społecznej oraz Józefa Kosseckiego — jego kontynuatora i twórcy polskiej szkoły cybernetyki społecznej. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawiono teorię systemów autonomicznych autorstwa Mariana Mazura oraz streszczenie głównych koncepcji jego jakościowej teorii informacji. W czwartym rozdziale przedstawiono główne założenia polskie szkoły cybernetyki społecznej oraz doktrynę nacjokratyzmu.

My thesis focus on the Polish school of social cybernetics, its creation, development and main concepts. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the meanings of the word "cybernetics" from antiquity to the mid-twentieth century, and the history of cybernetics as a science since its inception in 1948. The second chapter presents the biographies of Marian Mazur - the founder of the Polish school of social cybernetics and Jozef Kossecki - his continuator and creator of the Polish school of social cybernetics. The third chapter presents the theory of autonomous systems by Marian Mazur and a summary of the main concepts of his qualitative information theory. The fourth chapter presents the main assumptions of the Polish school of social cybernetics and the doctrine of natiocratism.
