Postagressional suicide

W pracy omówione zostalo zjawisko samobójstwa poagresyjnego, które jest konstrukcją złożoną składająca się z kilku występujących wspólnie elementów. Najważniejszym z nich jest wystąpienie zabójstwa i następującego po nim samobójstwa sprawcy, ponadto pomiędzy zdarzeniami istnieje związek przyczynowo - skutkowy, u sprawcy w chwili powzięcia zamiaru popełnienia samobójstwa istnieje również zamiar poboczny dokonania zabójstwa. Pomiędzy ofiarą a sprawca istnieje związek emocjonalny o charakterze personalnym, który jest ścisłe określony co do osoby. Po stronie ofiar brak jest zgody na dokonanie na ich osobach aktu przemocy. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawione i omówione zostały definicje, typologia i rozmiary zjawiska samobójstwa jako zamiaru głównego samobójstwa poagresyjnego. Kolejno omówione zostały związki samobójstwa z przestępczością, które szczególnie silnie uwidaczniają się w zjawisku samobójstwa po zabójstwie. W celu pogłębionej analizy tematu w pracy zaprezentowane zostały jego udokumentowane przypadki.Celem pracy była chęć ujednolicenia występującej w literaturze przedmiotu terminologii używanej do opisu omawianego zjawiska oraz sformułowanie postulatu o zaprzestaniu naprzemiennego używania pojęć "samobójstwo rozszerzone" z "samobójstwem poagresyjnym".

The paper discusses the phenomenon of post-aggressive suicide, which is a complex structure consisting of several common elements. The most important of these is the occurrence of the murder and subsequent suicide of the perpetrator, in addition there is a causal relationship between the events, the perpetrator at the time of the intention to commit suicide also has a secondary intent to commit the murder. There is a personal relationship between the victim and the perpetrator that is strictly defined about the person. There is no agreement on the victims' side to commit an act of violence on their persons.In the first part of the work, definitions, typology and extent of the phenomenon of suicide as the intention of post-aggressive suicide are presented and discussed. Relations between suicide and crime are discussed, which are particularly pronounced in the phenomenon of post-murder suicide. For the purpose of in-depth analysis of the topic, documented cases were presented in the paper.The aim of the work was to harmonize the terminology used in the literature of the subject to describe the phenomenon in question and to formulate a postulate to stop using the terms "extended suicide" with "post-aggressive suicide" alternately.
