Praca poświęcona jest analizie zjawiska cyberprzestępczości, jego definiowania, uregulowania w międzynarodowym oraz krajowy porządku prawnym. Ponadto, poruszona została kwestia problematyki związanej ze ściganiem cyberprzestępców. W pracy opisano także rozmiary i dynamikę zjawiska cyberprzestępczości w Polsce.
Abstract in English
This thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the phenomenon of Cybercrime, its definition, regulation in the international and national legal orders. Moreover, problematic aspects related to the prosecution of cybercriminals had been addressed. This thesis also describes the size and dynamics of Cybercrime in Poland.
