Praca ma na celu analizę sytuacji kobiet w Pakistanie oraz czynników, które wpływają na pozycję kobiet w tym państwie. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono genezę Deklaracji Praw Człowieka oraz różnice między tą deklaracją a jej kairskim odpowiednikiem. W następnym rozdziale omówiono genezę Pakistanu oraz prawa kobiet w poszczególnych etapach powstawania państwa. Przedstawiono również rządy Zia ul-Haq i ich skutki dla pozycji kobiety w pakistańskim społeczeństwie. W trzecim rozdziale przytoczono przypadki łamania praw kobiet oraz marginalizowania ich pozycji w Pakistanie. Omówiono również historie Pakistanek, które są przejawem walki o prawa kobiet w tym państwie.

This thesis deals with women's rights in Pakistan with the political genesis of the state. The work aims to analyze the situation of women in Pakistan and the factors that affect the position of women in this country. The first chapter presents the genesis of the Declaration of Human Rights and the differences between this declaration and its Cairo counterpart. The next chapter discusses the genesis of Pakistan and the rights of women in the various stages of the formation of the state. Zia ul-Haq's governments and their effects on the position of women in Pakistani society were also presented. The third chapter includes cases of violations of women's rights and marginalization of their position in Pakistan. The stories of Pakistani women are also discussed, which are a manifestation of the fight for women's rights in this country.
