Occupational burnout among employees of the production company TECH STEROWNIKI and achievement motivation as well as strategies on how to deal with stress

Niniejsza praca magisterska dotyczy tematyki wypalenia zawodowego w kontekście motywacji osiągnięć i strategii zmagania się ze stresem. Celem pracy było zbadanie zatrudnionych w firmie produkcyjnej TECH STEROWNIKI pod kątem stopnia wypalenia zawodowego, stosowanych strategii zmagania się ze stresem oraz poziomu motywacji osiągnięć. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone za pomocą trzech kwestionariuszy oraz ankiety autorstwa własnego. Wyniki badań pozwoliły na stwierdzenie, że pracownicy stanowią grupę heterogeniczną, złożoną z trzech homogenicznych podgrup w zakresie wypalenia zawodowego. Każda z uzyskanych homogenicznych podgrup została scharakteryzowana poprzez uzyskany poziom motywacji osiągnięć i rodzaje strategii zmagania się ze stresem.

This dissertation deals with the issue of occupational burnout in the context of achievement motivation and strategies on how to deal with stress. The aim of this dissertation is to examine the employees of the production company TECH STEROWNIKI in relation to occupational burnout, their level of achievement motivation as well as some strategies which are used to deal with stress. The research process has been carried out with three questionnaires and a survey which have been originally created by the researcher. The results enabled the researcher to find that the workers belong to a heterogeneous group composed of three homogeneous subgroups in the field of occupational burnout. Each of the obtained homogeneous subgroups has been characterized by the achieved level of achievement motivation and types of strategies for coping with stress.
