The key to understand how the organization works on the market is a well-structured business model.The aim of the Master’s thesis is to develop a business model of the Japier Papier online store. It was achieved by using a business model template called "Business Model Canvas". In the theoretical part, its structure and content was analyzed. The practical part includes the analysis of 9 elements of the business model.The Canvas template is a tool which helps to understand the essence of the way how a company works. Its most important advantage is simplicity. It leads through the subsequent areas of the business model, step by step. The business model, is a precise description of the reality, helping the entrepreneurs make right decisions.
