Aspects of fighting cyberterrorism in Poland in the 21st century

Praca dyplomowa pod tytułem „Aspekty zwalczania cyberterroryzmu w Polsce w XXI wieku”, ukazuję problematykę związaną z nowym wymiarem zagrożenia jakim jest cyberterroryzm. W związku z tym iż nasze społeczeństwo ciągle się rozwija, a co za tym idzie rozwijają się też nowe technologie, zagrożenia związane z Internetem stają się nam coraz bliższe. W pracy ukazana została definicja i istota cyberterroryzmu. Dokonano charakterystyki podmiotów dokonujący ataków w Internecie oraz metody jakimi się posługują. W trzecim rozdziale pracy spotykamy się z prawnymi aspektami cyberterroryzmu. Scharakteryzowane zostały organy nadzorujące bezpieczeństwo w sieci. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia przykłady najbardziej spektakularnych ataków. Znaleźć z nim możemy również przykłady ataków występujących w Polsce i analizę danych.

A diploma thesis entitled "The Aspects of Combating Cyber Terrorism in Poland in the 21st Century", shows the problems related to the new dimension of the threat of cyberterrorism. Due to the fact that our society is constantly developing, and as a result, new technologies are also being developed, the threats related to the Internet are getting closer and closer. The work presents the definition and essence of cyberterrorism. The characteristics of entities performing attacks on the Internet and the methods they use are made. In the third chapter of the work, we meet the legal aspects of cyber-terrorism. The authorities supervising network security have been characterized. The last chapter presents examples of the most spectacular attacks. We can also find examples of attacks occurring in Poland and data analysis with it.
