Niniejsza praca magisterska nosi tytuł „Złożoność polsko-niemieckich stosunków sąsiedzkich w kontekście 25-lecia podpisania Traktatu między Rzeczpospolitą Polską a Republiką Federalną Niemiec o dobrym sąsiedztwie i przyjaznej współpracy“. Celem ów pracy jest zbadanie stosunków polsko niemieckich powołując się na Traktat Dobrosąsiedzki. Praca opiera się na różnych źródłach począwszy od samego traktatu, listów, książek, artykułów, czasopism, wywiadów, relacji telewizyjnych na wideo zapisach konferencji kończąc. Praca jest podzielona na trzy rozdziały. Pierwszy rozdział jest wprowadzeniem w kontekst historyczny i pokazuje drogę do podpisania traktatu. Druga część to próba ustrukturowanej analizy Traktatu Dobrosąsiedzkiego. W trzecim rozdziale Autor odwołuje się do XVIII Forum Polsko-Niemieckiego oraz do czasopism polsko-niemieckich „DIALOG”. Służy to analizie skutków traktatu na stosunki polsko-niemieckie po 25 latach. We wnioskach końcowych pracy zostają zebrane wnioski, aby stworzyć całościowy obraz sąsiedztwa polsko-niemieckiego.

This master thesis is titled “The complexity of the German-Polish neighborhood in the context of the 25th jubilee of the Polish–German Treaty of Good Neighbourship and Friendly Cooperation”. The aim of this thesis is research into the German-Polish relations invoking on the Good Neighbourship Treaty. The author of this thesis used different sources, starting with the treaty itself, letters, books, articles, magazines, interviews, TV-reports ending on live streams from conferences. The thesis is split into 3 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction into the historical context and shows the path to the treaty. The second part is an attempt on an structured analysis of the Good Neighbourship Treaty. The third chapter is invoking on the 18th Polish-German Forum and the Polish-German magazines “DIALOG”. With those it is possible to analyze the results 25 years after signing of the treaty. In the conclusion the author puts together his considerations, to create a whole image of the Polish-German Neighbourship.

Die vorliegende Masterarbeit trägt den Titel "Die Komplexität der deutsch-polnischen Nachbarschaft im Kontext des fünfundzwanzigsten Jubiläums des Vertrags zwischen der Republik Polen und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland über gute Nachbarschaft und freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit". Das Ziel jener Arbeit ist es die deutsch-polnischen Verhältnisse in Bezug auf den Nachbarschaftsvertrag zu untersuchen. Die Arbeit basiert auf verschiedenen Quellen: dem Vertrag selbst, Briefen, Büchern, Artikeln, Magazinen, Interviews, Medienberichten bis Konferenzaufzeichnungen. Jene Arbeit ist in drei Kapitel geteilt. Der erste Kapitel dient der Einführung in den historischen Kontext und den Weg zum Vertrag. Der zweite Teil ist der Versuch einer strukturierten Analyse des Nachbarschaftsvertrags. Im dritten Kapitel beruft sich der Autor auf das 18. Deutsch Polnische Forum und die deutsch-polnischen DIALOG Zeitschriften. Dies dient der Analyse der Auswirkungen des Vertrags auf die deutsch-polnischen Verhältnisse nach 25 Jahren. In den Schlussfolgerungen werden die wichtigsten Fazite gesammelt, um ein einheitliches Bild der deutsch-polnischen Nachbarschaft zu schaffen.
