Social security system in Poland against the background of Central European countries

Niniejsza praca licencjacka poddaje analizie porównawczej system zabezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce na tle systemów zabezpieczeń innych krajów Europy Środkowej. Monografia ta ma na celu ukazanie zarówno podobieństw, jak i różnic w funkcjonowaniu i budowie systemów zabezpieczeń społecznych w różnych krajach Europy. We wstępie autorka przedstawia tematykę pracy, jej cele a także omawia pokrótce poszczególne jej rozdziały.Autorka pracy dokonuje analizy porównawczej sytemu zabezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce, Czechach, na Węgrzech i Słowacji w jej trzech rozdziałach.Rozdział I tej pracy, zatytułowany Pojęcie systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych, wyjaśnia pojęcie systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz przedstawia ogólną charakterystykę, genezę i przyczyny rozwoju ubezpieczeń społecznych.Rozdział II pt. System zabezpieczeń społecznych w krajach Europy zawiera zestawienie systemów ubezpieczeń społecznych w powyżej wymienionych państwach oraz ich konstrukcje i rodzaje świadczeń.W ostatnim rozdziale pt. System zabezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce autorka szczegółowo omawia transformację i konstrukcję systemu zabezpieczeń społecznych funkcjonującego w Polsce.W zakończeniu autorka podsumowuje całą pracę i wysuwa wnioski związane z funkcjonowaniem systemów w podanych krajach.

The present bachelor’s thesis goes on the comparative analysis of a social protection in Poland against the background of the social protections in the other countries of Central Europe.This monograph aims at showing both similarities and differences in functioning and construction of the social protection systems in different European countries. In the introduction, the author sketches out a subject area and main chapters she discusses further in the proper parts of the thesis.The author analyses the social protection system in Poland, The Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia in three main chapters.The first chapter entitled The concept of the social protection explains what the concept of social protection means. It also contains the overall characteristics, origin and causes of the development of social security.Chapter II, entitled The social protection in the European countries contains a summary of the social protection system in the above-mentioned countries and their structures and types of benefits.The last chapter contains the extensive analysis of The social protection in Poland, its transformation, construction and types of benefits.In the conclusion, the author capsules the whole thesis and draw conclusions pertaining to the functioning of the systems in these countries.
