Care on the patient with the vulvar cancer - case study.

Streszczenie Tytuł: Opieka nad pacjentką z nowotworem sromu – studium przypadku.Wstęp: Nowotwór sromu jest rzadką chorobą, stanowi zaledwie 1 % wszystkich zachorowań na żeńskie nowotwory narządów płciowych. Leczenie chirurgiczne jest metodą z wyboru a rozległość zabiegu zależy od wielkości i lokalizacji zmiany. Najczęściej zabieg operacyjny wiąże się z dużym „okaleczeniem” chorej. Wznowy raka sromu występują w ok. 30% przypadków, dotyczą kobiet po 70. roku życia. Cel pracy: Celem pracy było przedstawienie studium przypadku pacjentki z nowotworem sromu oraz ukazanie procesu pielęgnowania nad chorą. Metodyka i materiał: Praca przedstawia studium przypadku. Została przygotowana na podstawie opieki pielęgniarskiej, obserwacji i analizie dokumentacji medycznej pacjentki operowanej z powodu nowotworu sromu. Badanie przeprowadzono w dniach: 11.01 - 15.01.2018 w Oddziale Klinicznym Ginekologii i Onkologii w Krakowie. Wyniki i wnioski: Opieka położnej nad chorą z nowotworem sromu powinna przebiegać ze szczególną dbałością o pielęgnację rany pooperacyjnej, a także z troską o ogólne samopoczucie chorej, która bardzo często czuje się „okaleczona” zabiegiem operacyjnym i traci poczucie swojej kobiecości.

Abstract:Title: Care on the patient with the vulvar cancer - case study.Introduction: Vulvar cancer is a very rare illness, it's represents only 1 % of all of getting tumours of female sexual organs. Surgical treatment is method by choice, extent of surgical procedure depends on the size and location of cancerous change. In most of cases surgical procedure lead to significant „mayhem” of patient. The remision of vulvar cancer occur in circle 30% cases, it concern women's after 70. years above.Aim of the study: The aim of the study was to present the case study of the patient with the vulvar cancer and showing the upkeep process.Scientific material and methods: Thesis is showing study of the case. It was made based on nursory care, observation, and the patient medical documentation analysis. Patient was operated because of vulvar cancer. The study was made in the period: 11.01 – 15.01.2018 in Clinic of Gynaecology and Oncology of the University Hospital in Cracow.Results and conclusions: The midwife's care on the patient with vulvar cancer shall by done with emphasis directed on maintenance postoperative wound, and also with thought for general sensation of the patient who often feel „mayhemed” by surgical procedure after which the patient often feel the lose of her femininity.
