Niniejsza praca stanowi analizę porównawczą oraz ekonomiczną produktów ubezpieczeniowych dla osób związanych ze sportem. W pierwszej części zawarte są podstawowe pojęcia, zagadnienia i klasyfikacja ryzyka sportowego. Przedstawione zostały definicje sportu oraz sportowca, istota ryzyka sportowego z wyszczególnieniem jego natury i aspektów, jego podział i klasyfikacja, źródła oraz warunki ubezpieczalności. W drugiej części pracy skupiono się na charakterystyce ubezpieczeń sportowych. Opisano pokrótce ich genezę oraz przedstawiono szczegółową definicję w oparciu o regulacje i uwarunkowania prawne. Wymienione i scharakteryzowane zostały podmioty i przedmioty ubezpieczeń sportowych, wyjaśniono również, w jaki sposób i na jakich zasadach zawierana jest umowa ubezpieczeniowa wraz z wyszczególnieniem praw oraz obowiązków stron umowy. Rozdział trzeci jest analizą porównawczą ofert świadczonych przez krajowe zakłady ubezpieczeń w ramach ubezpieczeń NNW i OC dla sportowców oraz dla trenerów. Ostatnia część pracy polega na analizie rynku ubezpieczeń sportowych NNW w Polsce z wyróżnieniem zakładów ubezpieczeń świadczących te usługi, z podaniem liczby i wartości zawieranych umów oraz wysokości wypłaconych odszkodowań. Znajduje się tam również wynik techniczny prowadzonej działalności wraz z wnioskami wyciągniętymi z analizy zagadnienia.

This Bachelor’s thesis is the comperative and economic analysis of insurance products for people who are connected with sport. The first chapter includes basic concepts, issues and classification of sports risk. There are definitions of sports and athlete, the nature of sports risks, its aspects and classification, sources and conditions of insurable. In the second part of the paper, the author focus on the characteristics of sports insurance. There is a brief description of their genesis and a detailed definition based on legal regulations and conditions. There are specified and characterized sports subjects and objects, also an explanation how and on what terms the insurance contract should be signed, including the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract. Chapter three is a comparative analysis of the offers offered by national insurance companies in the field of NNW and OC insurance for athletes and trainers. The last part of the work consists in analyzing the sports insurance market in Poland, distinguishing the insurance companies providing these services, with the number and value of concluded contracts and the amount of compensation paid. There is also a technical result of the activity conducted and the conclusions drawn from the analysis of the problem.
